Our Enrollment Process
Enrolling at Just Like Home Daycare Center is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free. Whether you are enrolling an infant, preschooler, or school-age child, and whether you pay privately or through subsidy, our team guides you from start to finish.
Step 2: Make Your Enrollment Decision
After your tour, let us know when you are ready. Our team is available for follow-up questions by phone or email.
Step 3: Complete the Payment Process
- DSHS / WCCC: Call DSHS with our provider number to start authorization.
- Military Childcare Aware: Complete CCA forms and obtain your cost verification form.
- Tribal Subsidy: Contact your tribal program for authorization.
- Private Pay: Submit deposit after approval to hold your child's spot.
Step 4: Complete Your Enrollment Packet
We provide all required forms for health history, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, program agreements, and DCYF-required documentation.
Step 5: Submit Your Completed Packet
Return your completed packet and supporting documents to your chosen campus. We review and confirm all details.
Step 6: Arrange Your Start Date
After packet approval, we finalize your start date, classroom placement, and teacher introduction for a smooth first day.
